Guide: How Much Weight will i lose if i starve Myself

Question Details: my friend starved herself for a month and lost a lot of weight if i starve myself for a week how much will i lose? also how much can i lose if i eat nothing but fruit and water and do nothing but exersize for a week?

My Question is : if i starve myself for a week how much weight will i lose?

Answer 1:

nitially, you will lose a few pounds, not sure how many. Unfortunately, any weight you lose will all be from water weight, and muscle mass. No fat. Also, you’re metabolism is gonna slow down a loooot in order to keep from losing energy, a.k.a. starvation mode. After the week, when you eat again, you’ll gain back all the weight you lost, plus some, because your metabolism is so slow. The same will happen if you only eat fruit, unless.

It’s actually unhealthy to ‘starve’ yourself because you are starving yourself of things your body needs. You mentioned going on a fruit diet and water. Try this, snack on fruits during the day, take your vitimins, and eat a healthy meal for dinner. Only drink water or unsweated drinks. No diet sodas either. Get lots of excersize. If you do this without fault, you will loose weight. I would shoot for no more than 5 pounds a week.

Wel actualy i did it and has been proved to be one of the best diet that will worked when i fist started i began to lose 10 pounds in fice day yeach i got hungry so that why i started to drink some protein shake that only had 260 calories after a month i lost 60 pounds, i was skinny. when you are done you have to start to eat slowly like the first week eat only 500 calories and then the othe 680 and the the other 800 and the other .

I’ve tried many diets and couldn’t make anything work. Since having my first child, I’ve been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

 

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I’m now starting the diet again to lose 7 more.

Here’s how my friend lost alot ofWeightt.. I wouldn’trecommendd it but it’s healthier than starving yourself and more effective 😉

First Day

Breakfast – 1/2 Grapefruit, one slice dry toast, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.

Lunch – 1/2 cup of dry tuna, one slice of dry toast, coffee or tea.

you will faint, be in pain, lose hair, have anxiety attacks, have headaches, feel weak, and honestly not have enough energy to work out. also, before you lose weight, you will gain it. your body will go into starvation mode and keep everything and produce more fat. so don’t skip breakfast. eat half a banana or whole. for lunch eat something below 400 Calories and for dinner eat just something small. just get your vitamins.

You probably will “gain” weight instead of losing. Starving yourself is not the way to go. Why not eat healthy, and exercise daily. Even if that might not show immediate results, you’ll feel better.
